World Peace

My feelings about world peace are varied in a lot of ways. Sometimes I feel like one idea is better than the other, but both can solve the problem. World peace would be an incredible thing to achieve especially in today's world, because their are so many tools that an individual could use to diminish someone or something in any type of way. I think it's possible in a lot of ways, but their are so many little things that hurt those chances of obtaining world peace. Not only would government's have to compromise all around the world, but every person has their own opinion on what they think is right and wrong. So it could be possible, but realistically it's not, because in today's world their are too many things that will hold us back from obtaining world peace. If I wanted to follow a movement for obtaining world peace, I would first start from the ground up and slowly make my way to the top. I would simply voice my opinion to politicians in my city and work my way up, and hopefully they could agree with me on some topics. I wouldn't be willing to put in time unless I know for a fact that the outcome will be success, but it never hurts to try something. World peace is obtainable, but in my opinion it's hard to overcome barriers we have today in our modern society.

After watching the TED video it didn't really affect my opinion, but he had some interesting points in the statistic part of the presentation. The numbers he was showing were crazy to me, because one individual can make that much of a difference. It's all about the amount of time you put into achieving your goal, that's how you actually end up accomplishing it. Also the people in my group who I was working with all agreed on how it is not possible. Their are just to many factors that come into play, when discussing world peace.

6 Songs

“Big Papa”, Biggie Smalls or Notorious B.I.G

When growing up, this song got me through times when I was sad, but by listening to its powerful words it mellowed me down to earth, and really calmed me down.

“Hypnotize”, Biggie Smalls or Notorious B.I.G

Another song that had special meaning to my childhood, and a song that was on repeat in my head all the time.

“Vacation”, Young Jeezy

This song got me overjoyed when it came on the radio, it got me more focused and motivated towards my tasks at hand.

“Victory”, Biggie Smalls or Notorious B.I.G Featuring Puff Daddy or P.Diddy

Whenever I had a goal set in mind, I would use this song as a utensil in order to strive harder towards eventually reaching that goal that was set for myself.

“Hate it or Love it”, The Game Featuring 50 Cent

This song was on repeat throughout my whole entire childhood, it mellowed me out and gave me momentum.

“Money Ain’t A Thang”, Jay Z

This song got me motivated for whatever tasks I had at hand. Also one of the first rap songs I have ever heard, so its sentimental value is very special and filled with meaning.

Caine's Arcade

The internet is a very powerful utensil to use. Some people use it for good deeds and some people use it for other things. The point is, that one individual was nice enough to use the internet in order to attract attention to Caine's Arcade. Being connected have huge advantages for Caine and everyone else in the world, because your sharing something you want to share with other people, and its made life so much easier. The amount of resources you can use to share your ideas is pretty much unlimited in todays world. Disadvantages would only be, people that are negative and comment with negative comments, but for the most part being connected is only going to help express your name more publicly in the long run. By using these resources, your not only sharing your ideas with the pubic, but your sharing your name or your brand and what you are all about. That's why the internet is such a neat utensil in today's world.

Hacks

In our new generation technology is a given necessity. It's used every day and used for almost everything imaginable. But also it can be accessed easily by everyday items, that us as humans would even imagine. It's scary to know that someone at any given moment can hack your technology, what ever it is, it's hackable! They sometimes in specific situations control your fate. When he talked about how a person can hack the computer systems in your vehicle, I was astonished, because it's very easy and it takes everyday items in order to perform this process. So in that situation that individual control your fate while your driving.

Even know technology is one of the most brilliant ideas ever created, everything has positive and negatives about it. Their are always people out their who want to break the law, and you never know if they hacked your technology, because it can happen at any given moment. It's really hard to believe how far an individual will go, just to hack your system. Today's world is a much different place then 15 or 20 years ago.

Buying Twitter Followers

Buying twitter followers in my opinion, is not a good thing for the twitter network. People shouldn't spend their hard earned money in order to have more twitter followers than the next person. It doesn't make sense and it is very impractical, especially in todays economy. Even if they allowed that feature, not only would it get a lot of criticisms but wouldn't be used at all in my opinion. The next person would create a website allowing that individual to not have to buy followers. At the end of the day, it wouldn't be a success, instead it would be the demise of a very profitable website and company.
