My artifact is not only special to me, but its sentimental
as well in my life. I was given this artifact about 4 years ago when a tragedy
struck. My brother’s best friend passed away. When I first got this item, I didn’t
want to believe that he passed, but now I realize how much I appreciate this
item.
My artifact is a rubber band, but a
very special one that is near and dear to my heart. What’s special about this
band is that it’s engraved with touching words from a special person that is no
longer alive. Even know he passed away, I will always have something to
remember him by, and that’s why I care about this particular item so much. I wear it
everyday to express my gratitude to not only his family, but also his entire
life in general. When he passed away it was a very depressing moment for my
whole entire family. He was noting but a wonderful and loving friend, that had
a humongous heart that was filled with joy. Even something so little, can have
a huge affect on someone’s life, which in my case would be this bright blue rubber
band.
